Film adaptations of games have been a little choppy in the past. We don't recommend you going back and watching 1993's Super Mario Bros, 1995's Mortal Kombat or even 2010's Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time as they're all just a little bit terrible. We have higher hopes for the Uncharted film starring Tom Holland and Mark Walberg.
We've already had a cheeky peek at Tom Holland's look for Uncharted, some people love it, others are still unconvinced by this interpretation of the character - but now we have our first look at Wahlberg's Sully from an Instagram post. Check it out via this link right here.

The video shows Wahlberg as he's probably getting his hair and makeup done for the film. He's sat in a trailer with a very impressive 'tache as he films himself talking to the camera. What does he say? Well, he just tells us "Don't ask, don't f'king ask", short, sweet, and to the point.
The film has been in production so long, with multiple directors and casts having come and gone, that you might not remember Wahlberg was originally going to play Nathan Drake, but he's old enough now that it's more suitable for him to play Sully instead. Tom Holland is a young man, who could definitely reprise the role of Drake at a later date if this first film goes down well with critics and fans.
If you're unfamiliar with the Uncharted series, they're games focussing on the wild adventures of Nathan Drake and his crew. Victor "Sully" Sullivan is often Drake's go-to guy as an accomplice on any of these adventures - he knows the business better than anyone and Drake would be useless without his help. You can't have Uncharted without Sully.

Now we're just waiting to have a look at Chloe who is going to be played by Sophia Ali, who has appeared in other productions like Grey's Anatomy, Truth or Dare, and Everybody Wants Some.
