We've known for a while that Cyberpunk 2077 is going to be a pretty in-depth RPG. We also know that the game will have a bevy of customisation options unrestricted by gender, allowing players to build exactly the kind of character they want. What we didn't know until today is that the upcoming sci-fi adventure will boast a detailed suite of customisation options for your genitals.
You read that right. According to the recently released ESBR rating for Cyberpunk 2077 (thanks, VG247), the M-rated game will let you choose the size of your private parts. More than that though, it sounds like you'll also be able to choose between various combinations of genitals. I wouldn't say no to a tiny tush, myself.
"The game contains nudity and sexual material," the ESRB rating reads. "Players can select a gender and customize their character; customization can include depictions of breasts, buttocks, and genitalia, as well as various sizes and combinations of genitals."

While the immature schoolboy in me is inclined to have a good giggle at this, it's also seriously great to see CD Projekt RED committing to a diverse range of genial options. If there are going to plenty of nude and sex scenes (which is very much the case), then every player should be able to see themselves represented. That's what an RPG is all about, right?
Indeed, the ESRB rating goes on to describe those first-persons sex scenes that we'd previously heard about. These scenes will apparently include a healthy does of oral sex, in which we see "a character's head moving towards a partner's crotch". Sounds like a pretty good start.
The player can also have sex with "other main characters and prostitutes", though not Keanu Reeves, as previously established. All of this lines up with Brazil's recent classification of the game as 18+. They referenced "intense sexual relation", "nudity", "prostitution", "sexualization", "sexual language". "Sexual pleasurement", and more.
Outside of the steamy stuff, there's also plenty of violence, drug use, and general nastiness. Expect to see "suicide", "cruelty", "intentional death", and the alarmingly phrased "exposure to death corpse". I have no idea what that last one means, but believe me when I tell you I'm frightened to find out.
