Red Dead Redemption 2 free download lets you build your own island paradise

Sometimes you need to put the weapon down, stop robbing banks and head to the Caribbean to live out the rest of your days in sunny bliss.

Luckily, that is now possible for Red Dead Redemption 2’s Arthur Morgan and John Marston thanks to a free download which could see the pair build their very own home on the tropical island of Guarma.

Guarma is somewhere you will spend a little bit of time in during the story of Red Dead Redemption 2, and despite it being less than a peaceful experience, it still looks like a beautiful place to live.

Now thanks to a mod over on NexusMods, that is now a possibility with the chance to move into a fully-furnished house on the island.

Guarma Home allows players to use a cosy house built from scratch on the island of Guarma. The house itself features three rooms including a kitchen and hallway as well as a marina and stairs leading from it to the house.

“If you would like Arthur or John to have a house on Guarma, you've come to the right place. This mod adds a perfectly finished Guarma house with an interior and many other additions to the exterior,” the mod description reads.

It is free to download with minimum requirements and the house, which sits atop a cliff in the middle of the sea, makes for the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of 19th century America.
