The PS5 just got another huge price cut

The PlayStation 5 has just received yet another huge price cut.

The PlayStation 5 has just got another huge price cut and it comes with one of the best games in recent years.

As reported by PSU.com (via VGC), the PlayStation 5 and God of War Ragnarok bundle has been discounted by a generous $50. Usually, this bundle would cost $559.99. However, until 15 April 2023, it will cost just $509.99 via PlayStation Store Direct as well as other major retailers.

If you’re yet to buy the PlayStation 5 and if you’ve not played God of War Ragnarok, now could be the perfect time to pick up Sony’s latest shiny new console. What’s more, it also means that you’re technically getting the latest God of War game for just $10. What a bargain!

Sadly, this widespread deal only seems to be available in the United States at the time of writing. However, there are a couple of retailers offering similar deals for this bundle in the UK.

As we recently reported, the BT Shop is currently selling this bundle for £499.99 and retailer GAME does offer £40 back in reward points. Sure the latter is not a direct cash saving, but it’s better than a poke in the eye with a rusty stick (probably).

In related news, in celebration of its 18th birthday, the God of War series has been hailed as one of the best video game stories ever told. Ever since the first game was released for the PlayStation 2 back in 2005, we’ve been on a rollercoaster journey with Kratos.

The god slayer has gone from a merciless killer that will stop at nothing to gain revenge, to a father that will stop at nothing to protect the ones he loves.

For those Kratos fans that are looking for something a little different, it’s been announced that a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game is on the way and it's inspired by Santa Monica’s God of War series.
