PS Plus games for November confirmed by Sony

Sony has confirmed the lineup of titles coming to PS Plus' Essential tier in November, and there's some great choices.

It’s official - Sony has now confirmed the lineup of games making their way to PlayStation Plus’ Essential tier next month and they’re… exactly what we expected.

Confirming yesterday’s leak, we now know that Nioh 2, the LEGO Harry Potter Collection, and Heavenly Bodies will be free to download and keep for anyone subscribed to PS Plus from Tuesday 1 November.

Samurai fans will be pleased to know that Team Ninja’s excellent 2020 samurai game is here, both in its original and remastered form. I’m not too sure why you wouldn’t want to download Nioh 2 Remastered, but you have the choice, anyway. It’s the perfect way to bide your time for the studio’s upcoming title, Rise of the Ronin.

Heavenly Bodies is a physics game that sees players take on a bunch of tasks in zero gravity, inspired by real researchers and cosmonauts from history. It can be played either alone or with a friend in local co-op, making it a nice new option for a casual game to unwind with alongside a buddy, family member or other assorted companion.

There’s no prizes for guessing what the LEGO Harry Potter Collection is, but I’m going to tell you anyway. It’s the bundle of LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 and LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7, so you can experience all of Harry’s adventures from his time at Hogwarts in block form. If you’re excited for Hogwarts Legacy, then this might be the game (or games, technically) you need to make it to 10 February, when the open-world wizarding world title releases.

PlayStation Plus subscribers have just a few more days to claim October’s free Essential tier games - if you want to add Hot Wheels Unleashed, Injustice 2 and Superhot to your library, you’ve got until Monday 31 October. Get on it while you can.
