This PlayStation title is the perfect game to try during this time of year, and it’s playable at no additional cost on PlayStation Plus.

Autumn is upon us, and as the season changes I find that the video games we play change too, with a greater emphasis on cosy games.

Astro Bot is a pretty good game for that, which you can check out below

However with so many games out there it’s hard to narrow down the list for what to play, and with each month bringing even more AAA bangers to our consoles some great indie titles are often overlooked.

For those who are playing on a PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 you’ll want to look at the PlayStation Plus subscription service for underrated gems, though Xbox Game Pass is just as good.

With that in mind let us recommend Night In The Woods, an adorable little indie game with a few dark twists that you’ve probably never heard of.

The game’s description reads: “NIGHT IN THE WOODS is an adventure game focused on exploration, story, and character, featuring dozens of characters to meet and lots to do across a lush, vibrant world.

“Break stuff, play bass, hang out, walk on powerlines, jump between roofs, and discover strange and amazing and terrible things you never asked for. Come home and waste your life away in Possum Springs.”

The game’s setting and activities are perfect for this slightly darker time of year, when the air is getting a bit chillier and you’d rather stay inside for a video game day.

PlayStation users subscribed to PlayStation Plus Extra or Premium can access this title at no additional cost, but for those who don’t have a subscription you can buy the full game for a pretty cheap price.

It’s worth checking out though, especially during this time of year when are you want to do is wind down and relax as we near 2025.
