PlayStation Plus is the gift that keeps on giving, in so many ways. We get lots of games to play, plenty of discounts in sales, but also valuable game trials.

Game trials give subscribers a perfect way to try out something new, they’re longer than a demo and allow you to sink your teeth into a game before buying. Now, one of Sony’s best games can be tried.

The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered is a 'must play' for all PlayStation 5 players

Fancy two hours of bleak dystopian story-telling at its finest? The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered can now be played for two hours before buying, and it’s well worth your time.

If you’ve been on the fence about the remastered upgrades, or just haven’t got around to playing the game at all, this is your chance.

The Last of Us Part 2 wowed both critics and audiences across the world when it was first released and it capped off a heartwrenching story wonderfully. The remaster adds a lot to that original experience, making it the definitive way to play.

We called it a “well-earned victory lap” in our 10/10 review and could find no fault with the game, at all.

This sequel follows Ellie and Joel, who are joined by Abby in a tumultuous and heartbreaking adventure through the post-apocalyptic world where every step means danger.

If you’ve played the first part and held off from the second, you must remedy that now. You’ll play these two hours and want more, which is exactly why these trials are so good.

This is a definite perk to being a PlayStation Plus subscriber. Once you’re done here, there are many more great trials to play, including Baldur’s Gate 3, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, and Alan Wake 2 - all games we love and have given brilliant reviews to.
