This new PlayStation Plus free game is great, but the perfectionists out there may find it to be a nightmare.
As we reported earlier this month, a total of nine new free games have hit PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium, which includes the likes of Resident Evil Village and The Exit 8.
For those of you wanting a more stressful experience though, you’ve got A Little to the Left, which may take up all of your free time.
Originally created by Max Inferno for the Game Maker’s Toolkit Game Jam in 2020, the game was picked up for a full release by Secret Mode and released in 2022.

In it, you’re tasked with tidying up unorganised spaces by dragging and dropping different objects, with puzzles having various solutions that you must find.
A Little To The Left May Not Be For Perfectionists
As a puzzle game, this can obviously be a little stressful sometimes.
I’m sometimes great at puzzles, and often awful, so there can be moments where you’re completely stuck on a puzzle, just trying to will the solution into existence.
It’s a game my partner enjoys playing on their Nintendo Switch though, so your mileage may vary.
For perfectionists, I can imagine there being quite a bit of stress in trying to solve every puzzle in the game, as some of them can get pretty difficult.

As for whether players recommend it or not, the game has 92% positive ratings on Steam and four out of five stars on the PlayStation Store, so I’d say it’s a pretty popular choice for those with an active PlayStation Plus subscription.
“This is my current weekend morning with a coffee game,” reads one user review for A Little to the Left.
“Do a couple of puzzles to get the old grey matter going before starting the day proper. This also means I'm not racing through the content or getting tired of the formula so I can enjoy this for what it is.”

“I love this game. It has beautifully crafted visuals, an amazing soundtrack, and tons of levels to explore and puzzle over."
"If you like organizing, puzzle games, satisfying solutions, and great music, then this game is for you,” reads another positive review.
However, some players have had issues with the game too.
One user review which states that “many puzzles are overly specific, unintuitive, and sometimes illogical, often rewarding arbitrary actions rather than thoughtful problem-solving.”
If you’re interested in checking it out, you can download A Little to the Left now as part of PlayStation Plus Extra or Premium.
