Red Dead Redemption 2 is undeniably a stunning game when it comes to visuals. Despite being released back in 2018, it’s still very much up there as one of the best.

That being said, six years have passed. There is certainly room for improvement as technology has developed.

That’s abundantly clear to see in Rockstar Games’ current project, GTA VI. Imagine a Red Dead Redemption 3 trailer created with those graphics. Ah, what a dream.

Well, whilst we’re going to have to wait a while to see if Rockstar even has any further plans for the Red Dead franchise, I do have a small visual treat for you today.

If you’ve ever played Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC and thought to yourself, ‘I wish my retinas were slightly more dazzled,’ you’ve come to the right place.

The ever-reliable Digital Dreams is back with an incredible 100+ mod showcase that you can emulate right now, given that your PC can deal with such demands, of course.

Take a look at the aforementioned GTA VI trailer below.

You can always rely on Digital Dreams to push a game to its limits. Applying over 100 mods to Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption 2, the end result is incredibly photorealistic.

If you’re wondering what GPU Digital Dreams is using, it’s the NVIDIA RTX 4090, alongside the Ryzen 9 7950x CPU. Take a look at the modded project below.

If you head on over to the video’s description, you can check out Digital Dreams’ ReShade preset so that you too can give Red Dead Redemption 2 a new-gen-esque boost.

If boosted graphics don’t set your eyeballs alight, that’s okay. There are plenty of other incredible mods out there to keep you busy.

You can add 112 new hideouts to the game, expand the map, open up travel to Guarma, or add an exciting single-player heist.

A quick browse of NexusMods will certainly bring up something for you to enjoy whilst we await new official Red Dead content.
