This Red Dead Redemption 2 mod adds 112 new hideouts to the game

What is better than Red Dead Redemption 2? Yep! More Red Dead Redemption 2 and that is possible courtesy of yet another brilliant mod that adds 112 new locations to the title.

If there is one thing that fans of Red Dead Redemption 2 want most, it is more content and although it appears that Rockstar has left the game firmly in the dust, its modding community most certainly hasn’t.

Check out the Red Dead Redemption 2 trailer below!

With mods that allow you to return to the almost idyllic island of Guarma, take on single-player heists or even lets you access new game plus, the Red Dead Redemption 2 modding community has you covered.

On top of a plethora of content-adding mods, a recent entry by GunterSeverloh over on Nexus Mods adds an impressive 112 new locations to the already-bustling map and players are free to explore them all.

Titled Bandit Hideouts, this free-to-download mod includes 112 new bandit hideouts, 36 ambush locations and a bandit gang which will randomly hunt you down.

Not only that but it will also feature roaming bandits both on horseback and foot, the ability to hire gunmen at the local saloon and even zombies! Apparently!

Each hideout will have a randomly generated number of bandits to take down and whether or not they call reinforcements also remains to be seen. If you are lucky enough, you may even run into zombies rather than the bandits you expected.

As an incentive to ruin these bandit’s days, each clear out will reward you with money ranging from $25-150 and you can even customise the amount if you’re feeling a bit greedy.

Bandit Hideouts is just one of thousands of Red Dead Redemption 2 mods available to download for free now so don’t miss out if you have exhausted the game’s base content.
