A free mod for Red Dead Redemption 2 has added over 2500 new items to the game, allowing for even more replayability in a game that has already has an extremely large degree of that.

WhyEm's DLC, currently available at NexusMods, adds a series of items to the game including new clothing, new hair styles, new beards, new saddles, and new carvings, grips and tints for a player's gun. The mod also adds eye patches, while coming with new options such as to remove clothing items from your character, with dedicated menus for knife sheafs, ammunition belts, accessories and a lot more.

Take a look at some of our favourite Red Dead Redemption 2 wins and fails below.

The mod itself is essentially a collation of other mods from the user, in one easy to access package that won't takes hours upon hours to download and get set up. All that you really need is a basic understanding of how to install mods, and the basic framework for Red Dead Redemption 2 modding, and you're good to go.

In other Red Dead Redemption news, it appears that a PC port of the original game may be released. The first Red Dead Redemption was only released on consoles originally, and hasn't been brought to PC in any form since it was first released. However, as spotted in an update on the official Rockstar Games PC launcher, it appears that the developer is gearing up to start advertising a PC version of the original game that would also come with the DLC, Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare. There's no official word from Rockstar as to whether or not this is true, however.
