GTA 6 fans are seriously hyped by the latest teaser

Faheem Rashad Najm, also known as T-Pain, has confirmed he’s working with Rockstar Games on GTA VI, and fans are hyped.

The first trailer for GTA VI dropped last December and while it disappointingly lacked a release date it did satisfy fans to finally see what the game looked like. Since then fans have been collating everything we know about the game so far, with the newest entry being the rapper T-Pain will be in the game.

Take a look at the GTA VI trailer below

T-Pain confirmed the news himself, hilariously talking about how his involvement on the game means he’s no longer allowed on the GTA V role-playing server, NoPixel, which he frequents often. The rapper said: "I used to be on NoPixel, then I started working on GTA VI, and they told me I couldn't do RP anymore.” Apparently Rockstar Games has forbidden him from joining the server due to potential leaks.

Of course he won’t be the only celebrity making a guest appearance in the game, as other famous faces like influencers Jake Paul and Adin Ross are also rumoured to be making cameos, much to the dismay of fans.

The news was shared on Reddit by Turbostrider27, prompting speculation that Rockstar is specifically looking for talent who were born or live in Florida. One fan commented: “T-Pain is from Florida. His name stands for Tallahassee Pain. It looks like Rockstar is trying to hire artists from Florida for GTA VI.”

While nothing is confirmed as of yet it would make sense since the fictional Grand Theft Auto state of Leonida is modelled after real-life Florida. In fact, gamers from Florida have commented on how scarily accurate Rockstar’s depiction of their home has been so far, especially paying homage to wild individuals like the infamous hammer-lady and the Florida Joker.

GTA VI is expected to release sometime in 2025 provided there are no major delays. Exactly when in 2025 remains a mystery though fans are hoping it’ll be sooner rather than later.
