Fallout fans getting free expansion to celebrate new series release

Time to celebrate this new Fallout series in style!

So begins the dawning of a new age: the age of Amazon’s Fallout. With that dawn comes, not just joy, but a free expansion veteran fans can enjoy.

Fallout only aired yesterday, and already people have binged the whole thing – we can’t blame them. As our very own Ewan Moore said, “Amazon Prime’s Fallout is so much better than I ever could have hoped.”

But it isn’t just the show that’s wowing everyone, it’s the gifts that Bethesda keeps on giving to celebrate a new iconic video game adaptation being born.

Who would the Fallout cast snog, marry, irradiate?

Yesterday, the official Fallout Twitter account posted: “Something new is coming to the Vault in #FalloutShelter...”

It’s a simple tweet, yet it’s one that’s got the fandom stirred up and ready to explore the world of Fallout once more.

“Truly some legendary dwellers! A lot of people still play Shelter, always awesome to get an update,” reads the first response.

Another comment - this time from Twitter user @BioWagon - said, “Cannot wait to unlock this all.”

As much as everyone wants a Fallout 4 “next-gen update”, there’s still much to be found in the other adventures Bethesda has created. True, not everyone appreciates the Vault Boy style of Fallout Shelter, but it has its place among the greats of the series.

Those yet to play this particular game, it’s available on mobile devices and across all other platforms as well. Take that, console wars!

For those more interested in watching the TV show, all episodes are now airing on Amazon Prime; we sense a binge coming on.

Just be careful while exploring social media as spoilers are abound, and we’d hate for you to see the finale before you’re ready.
