Set in a world where immortality is possible but for a price, this brand-new noir FPS combines the best of BioShock and Cyberpunk 2077 to create an unmissable experience.

Nobody Wants to Die was released earlier today and tells the story of a dystopian New York in 2329. Developed by Critical Hit Games, this interactive noir story sees the player take on the role of detective James Karra who is leading an investigation using advanced technology. With a serial killer targeting the city’s elite, only he can find and put a stop to them.

Find a familiar setting in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty below!

The official synopsis reads: “Lose yourself in the world of New York, 2329, where immortality comes at a price that someone has to pay. Following a near-death experience, Detective James Karra takes an off-the-books case from his chief with only the help of a young police liaison, Sara Kai, to assist him. Time reveals all as they risk everything in pursuit of a killer, uncovering the dark secrets of the city's elite.”

Combining the futuristic setting of Cyberpunk 2077 and the FPS visuals of Bioshock, Nobody Wants to Die tells the story of a future that isn’t too far-fetched. Humans have achieved immortality by being able to store their consciousness in memory banks or even transfer it to another body. That is if they are able to pay the subscription fee.

Using time manipulation to reconstruct events leading up to each murder, James Karra must always stay one step ahead of the serial killer if he wishes to catch them. However, with the dangers of transhumanism and immortality at every turn, this is far from a simple case.

Nobody Wants to Die is now available on Steam, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S and is perfect for those looking for a fun gameplay experience in a scarily realistic setting.
