MCU Viewers Losing It Over Spider-Man's Return In New Trailer

This looks dead good!

Marvel fans are losing their minds over the return of Spider-Man in a brand new MCU trailer, and we can see why.

Whenever a new MCU trailer drops, it’s a huge moment for fans of the Marvel world. Well, unless Eternals 2 was announced because that would probably be a huge moment in the worst way, but I digress.

Next year, we’re treated to the next MCU movie starring everyone’s favourite neighbourhood hero, Peter Parker, with Spider-Man: Brand New Day on 31 July 2026. However, before that movie arrives, we’ve got a bonus treat on the way.

Yesterday, the highly anticipated trailer for the upcoming Marvel Zombies animated series, coming to Disney Plus, dropped, and it did not disappoint.

“After a zombie plague overtakes the Avengers, a desperate group of survivors discovers the key to bringing an end to the super-powered undead, racing across a dystopian landscape and risking life and limb to save their world,” reads the synopsis of Marvel Zombies.

In the trailer, we see a zombie-infested Wakanda, a zombie Captain America, Zombie Thanos and much more. It was every bit as epic as MCU fans would want it to be, but the star of the show is the aforementioned Spider-Man.

“Black Panther, Spider-Man, and Blade all together in one space?! You have my immediate attention,” declared Jordnjnes, replying to a tweet from Marvel Studios.

“Spider-Man is the goat!” exclaimed Big_Dawg765.

“SWEET BABY JESUS. SPIDER-MAN JUST DECAPITATED 14 ZOMBIES WITH HIS WEBS!” yelled simplyrohroh.

“Damn, this goes HARD!” Samialqethmi responded.

“Spider-Man taking out a bunch of zombies at once with his webs, holy peak,” said Jaylovesmovies.

Marvel Zombies' debut season will consist of four episodes and will premiere on Disney Plus, on 24 September 2025.

Hopefully, if this new animated series proves to be a success (and I’m sure it will), we’ll see plenty of new seasons for Marvel Zombies.
