Following the next Avatar movie heading to cinemas, trailers for Avengers: Doomsday are also being released for the first time, giving us a sneak peek into one of the biggest Marvel movies in recent history.
The arrival of Avatar: Fire and Ash would see movie goers treated to a first look at the fourth Avengers movie which is expected to hit cinemas next December. In recent years, the next Avengers movie has had quite a makeover with original plans for it to be called Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.
However, when lead star Jonathan Majors was faced with allegations of assault, he was dropped by Disney and the movie was soon retitled to Avengers: Doomsday with Roberty Downey Jr. taking on the role of the next big bad.
Until now, details surrounding the next major movie have been kept to the Russo Brother’s chest but thanks to the arrival of Avatar: Fire and Ash, leaks are rampant.

In recent days, a French-language version of the alleged Avengers: Doomsday trailer has been shared across social media and although many have been removed, fans still got a glimpse of one beloved character. Thor.
Daddy Thor, Oh Boy
The trailer shows Chris Hemsworth as the Mighty Asgardian and he is still sporting his cropped-hair look from Thor Ragnarök.
However, rather than wielding Mjölnir, he is seen as being a lot more paternal.
It seems as though Thor will be joined by his adoptive daughter Love who we first meet in Thor: Love and Thunder.
The pair can be seen at home, sharing a tender moment but it is unclear if Love will have any further part to play in Avengers: Doomsday or this is just from the start of the moment where our Avengers are seen being happy before their peace is ripped away once more.
It does seem as though Avengers: Doomsday will have an emphasis on the next generation of Avengers, especially with Franklin Richards expected to play a role as the child of Reed and Sue Storm.
Additionally, during the time of writing this story, Marvel released our first teaser trailer for Avengers: Doomsday which focused on the return of Steve Rogers who will be returning for the next Avengers entry.
In the trailer, he can be seen sporting a wedding ring and turning up to a house where he proceeds to rock a young baby to sleep.
It ends with the caption, “Steve Rogers Will Return in Avengers: Doomsday.”
Could he be married to Peggy after heading back in time? Will this baby play an important role in the future of the MCU?
Only time will tell but with the Multiverse saga continuing, it is safe to say that anything can happen so stay tuned.
