A leaked image looks to have revealed the outfit for a major MCU character in Avengers: Doomsday ahead of its first trailer release.
Avengers: Doomsday is one of the most highly anticipated movies in years, and not just in the world of the MCU. So it should come as no surprise if it ends up being another box office smash for Disney and Marvel Studios.
Granted, the MCU has been a bit stop-start in recent years. Still, following the release of Thunderbolts* and The Fantastic Four: First Steps earlier this year, the MCU has gradually been building positive vibes with fans across the world.
Sure, there’s no telling whether or not Avengers: Doomsday will live up to fans' expectations at this time, but it makes a change to feel positive about Marvel movies following the misses in recent years that included the Eternals, Thor: Love and Thunder, as well as Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania.
That being said, as much as I am looking forward to Avengers: Doomsday, it’s going to take some getting used to having Robert Downey Jr. play Doctor Doom and not Iron Man. Hopefully, he’ll knock that roll out of the park.

We got our first tease of the new Doctor Doom during a post-credit scene in The Fantastic Four: First Steps, though we never actually got to see his face or mask. It was a quick side shot, and then it was gone.
Speaking of the Fantastic Four, as brought to our attention by ComicBookMovies (via AjepArts), a piece of fan art is making the social media rounds that is reportedly based on the outfit that Reed Richards (Pedro Pascal) will be wearing in Avengers: Doomsday.
The image looks to be very similar to what we saw in The Fantastic Four: First Steps, but perhaps a bit more modern and less 1960s retro-inspired than what we saw in that movie. I suppose, if the outfits were changed too much, many fans would have been unhappy about that.
Of course, this image should be taken with a pinch of salt until we see the first Avengers: Doomsday trailer. Even though it is reportedly based on leaked images. Fingers crossed that the first trailer for Avengers: Doomsday will be released sooner rather than later.
The next movie to arrive for MCU Phase Six is Spider-Man: Brand New Day on 31 July 2026, followed by Avengers: Doomsday on 18 December 2026, and finally, Avengers: Secret Wars on 17 December 2027. That’s assuming they don't get delayed.
