Considered to be one of the greatest games in recent times, Red Dead Redemption 2 continues to be the gift that keeps on giving.

Released in 2018 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, before being ported to PC, Red Dead Redemption 2 from Rockstar Games is said by some to be the pinnacle of story-telling from the ever-popular developer.

Take a look at some of our favourite wins and fails below.

Set before the events of 2010’s Red Dead Redemption, the prequel tells the tale of the outlaw Dutch Van Der Linde with players assuming the role of Arthur Morgan. The game featured an immersive story, and an enticing world packed with events that could keep you busy for years, which is why players are often still discovering new details nearly five years after the game was initially released.

As reported by Game Rant, the latest new discovery relates to the lovable Marston family. John was, of course, the protagonist of the 2010 game. The detail in question was discovered by Reddit user Agile_West3110. However, at this time, we’re unable to access the post due to the current API protests, so we’ll just have to take Game Rant’s word on the topic.

The Redditor noticed that as the story of Red Dead Redemption 2 progressed, the young Jack Marston's teeth (John's son) grew as the character himself grew up, plus those that Jack lost were also later replaced. How do people notice these things? Jack is the son of John Marston and with this being a prequel, Jack is obviously much younger in the 2018 game. I have put in a lot of hours into finishing the campaign of Red Dead Redemption 2 and there is no way I would have noticed this small but awesome detail, did you?

In related news, a Dynamic Seasons mod is said to completely change the game and Undead Nightmare is considered to be one of the best DLCs ever, which makes it a crime that we never got a sequel.
