Red Dead Redemption 2 player makes grim discovery at Michah's hideout

One of Red Dead Redemption 2’s most hated characters may have been keeping even more secrets thanks to a chilling discovery by one eagle-eyed fan.

We all imagined all the ways we could kill Micah during our playthrough of Red Dead Redemption 2 but it seems the slimeball was hiding even more secrets than we originally thought. Thanks to one user over on the r/RDR2 subreddit, a grisly discovery can be found in a toilet on Mount Hagen, a place Micah used as a hideout.

The video shows an outdoor hut standing amongst the snowcapped mountain and upon closer inspection with binoculars, a frozen dead body can be found within. Whether or not this was Micah’s business is anybody’s guess but with his track record, it isn’t too hard to believe. Nevertheless, the discovery has led fans to guess who this mystery body could be.

Some believe it is Gavin whose friend Nigel is found various times throughout the game asking if anybody had seen him. Whilst others believe this could be Catherine Braithwaite’s secret son. This is a nod to one mission which sees you stumble across Catherine’s secret daughter who suffered with a mental illness. Instead of getting her the help she needed, Catherine locked her in an outhouse in the grounds and told nobody about her existence.

Regardless of who this mystery person is, it shows fans are still stumbling across the game’s secrets five years after it was released. Earlier this week, one fan came across a hidden room which is perfect for all the loot goblins out there and another found a hidden cheat code. It is testament to the amount of detail Rockstar has put into Red Dead Redemption 2 and proof that finding every secret would probably be impossible.

Let us hope the studio will do the same for the upcoming Grand Theft Auto 6 which could be getting an announcement on 26 October.
