Folks, it is once again that time. Reliable PlayStation Plus leaker billbil-kun (via Dealabs) has struck again, this time with what appear to be the titles free to Essential tier subscribers in November.
Now, it’s worth keeping in mind that this is unofficial news and is yet to be confirmed by Sony, but this particular leaker has a very good track record with delivering the Essential tier freebies early and accurately. So, let’s take a look, shall we?
Spoiler alert for one of the leaked November freebies - check out the trailer for Nioh 2 right here.
First up is the PS5 and PS4 version of Nioh 2. This action RPG (which is a prequel to the first Nioh, by the way) from Team Ninja went down super well with critics when it first launched in 2020. It also includes a co-op mode, so you can try tackling difficult fights with a friend. Team Ninja are currently working on Rise of the Ronin, which is looking excellent - if you’re excited for that one, then it’s a great time to jump into Nioh 2.

Heavenly Bodies is also reportedly on its way to Essential tier (for both the PS5 and PS4). If you fancy floating about and doing tasks with no gravity, this is the game for you. It also supports local play, which makes it a great option for some silly fun with a friend.
Finally, the LEGO Harry Potter Collection is also apparently included. This PS4 title is exactly what it sounds like - the bundle of both LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 and LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7. If the leak is accurate, the timing is also pretty incredible, as it was on 31 October 1981 that baby Harry survived Voldemort’s attack at Godrick’s Hollow - billbil-kun claims that these titles will be available to claim from 1 November, which almost feels too close to be a coincidence. We’ll just have to wait and see if Sony confirms the news.
