PlayStation Plus free games worth over £200 only available for a few more days

You have just a few more days to grab over £200 worth of games from the PlayStation Plus collection.

If you’re a PlayStation Plus owner with a PS5 console, you’re going to want to pay attention because you only have a few more days to grab yourself over £200 worth of games. That’s a deal you don’t want to miss.

First though, let’s recap the month’s offerings so far. You can currently download GRID Legends, Descenders, and Chivalry II as a part of this month’s essential tier line-up, which many subscribers have branded as ‘trash’. Don’t write these games off completely though. Many are saying that Chivalry II is actually a ‘gem’ that you should give a chance. We don’t have the extra and premium tier line-up just yet - that should be available next week - but day one release Humanity will definitely be included. Today though, I’m here to advise you that you shouldn’t miss out on what the PlayStation Plus Collection has to offer as it’ll no longer be available as of 9 May.

Tchia is one of my favourite releases this year - and it’s included in the extra tier. Check it out.

If this is the first you’re hearing of the PlayStation Plus Collection, it was basically introduced so that PS5 owners could catch up on some of the best that the PS4 had to offer. The PS5 is now several years into its life cycle though so the collection will soon be shutting down for good. Many of the included titles are already available in the main PS Plus catalogues, but not all - so you’re best downloading everything you’re interested in to be on the safe side.

The good news is that the collection works the same as the essential tier, so once you’ve added these games to your library, they’re yours forever. As I said, you have until Tuesday 9 May so there isn’t long left. The collection includes over £200 worth of games, including some all-time bangers like God of War, The Last of Us Remastered, and Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End.

The collection also includes: Batman: Arkham Knight, Battlefield 1, Bloodborne, Call Of Duty: Black Ops III – Zombies Chronicles Edition, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, Days Gone, Detroit: Become Human, Fallout 4, Final Fantasy 15 Royal Edition, Infamous Second Son, Monster Hunter World, Mortal Kombat X, Ratchet & Clank, Resident Evil 7 Biohazard, The Last Guardian, and Until Dawn. Get downloading.
