Steam's new 9/10 hit is perfect for Cyberpunk 2077 fans

Cyberpunk 2077 fans will want to see this

Ever fancied building your very own Night City? Well then I’ve got a game that’ll be just up your street.

Cyberpunk 2077 treated gamers to a gorgeous sci-fi city filled with dangers, mysteries and enough neon to make you go blind if you looked at the same place long enough.

Check out Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty below

While the next game in the series is a long, long way off from releasing, there are plenty of other games not made by CD Projekt Red that fit the same aesthetic.

The one we’re talking about today is available on Steam, and there’s a huge discount on it right now.

It’s called Dystopika, and it’s described as a “city-building sandbox for futuristic cities. No goals, no management, just creativity and dark cozy vibes.”

It’s directly inspired by Cyberpunk 2077 and will give you the opportunity to create your own dystopian future, right down to the sparkling billboards stuck onto the sides of the skyscrapers.

While Dystopika is a city-builder, it’s important to note that it’s not a city-manager. You’ll have no citizen quarrels, resource management or natural disasters to worry about in this title. You can simply design and create the city of your dreams, or nightmares, without a care in the world.

You can even tweak the lighting to give your city a particular aesthetic, and in a decision that can only end well you can even import your own images for the billboards, which I’m sure will lead to some incredibly cursed creations.

When you're done, you can take some delightful snapshots with the photo mode and share your creations online.

Dystopika is available on Steam right now, and is pretty cheap considering the depth the city-builder is boasting, so if you’re in the mood to create your very own Night City or some of the locations from Bladerunner, this might be the game for you. It's on sale for £5.30 until 5 July.
