In case you weren’t aware, The Talos Principle 2 is a metaphysical puzzle game, played from a first-person perspective, that’ll see players overcome a variety of thought-provoking.

It’s set in a post-apocalyptic future where humans are extinct, leaving robots to scour the planet to discover the remnants of humankind. It’s extremely philosophical and features a variety of themes about mankind’s place in the universe, and other curious ideas.

The game’s official description reads: “The Talos Principle 2 is a thought-provoking first-person puzzle experience that greatly expands on the first game's philosophical themes and stunning environments with increasingly mind-bending challenges.”

The puzzles themselves vary in terms of game mechanics, with some requiring you to mess around with gravity, seek different perspectives, and other technologically advanced methods of progression.

It’s absolutely stunning and is arguably one of the nicest-looking games on Steam right now, so it’s well worth checking out, especially if you’re into puzzle games or titles with an interesting story.

As said before the Steam page hasn’t been updated with a button for the demo yet, but by using the command featured above, you should be able to give the game a go without any difficulties.

The Talos Principle 2 will be released on 2 November for PC via Steam, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5.
