Steam users can claim 4 more free games right now

From cubes to archeologist cat robots

PC users are in for yet another treat after Steam adds a further four epic free games to its storefront.

Being a PC gamer and one that uses Steam’s storefront is worth its weight in gold thanks to the constant new games that are added each day.

Not only that but with thousands of games being completely free to download and play, finding a new title to get stuck into has never been easier.

So if you are on the lookout for a 2D brawler, a 3D fighter, an indie strategy game or a 3D exploration game, this list is bound to feature something for you.

First up is Sky Die, a 2D brawler for two-to-four players.

Players will need to drop from tall heights whilst racing to reach the bottom. However, with traps at every corner, will you have what it takes to get down safely before you are eviscerated on the way?

Next is 100 Men vs 1 Gorilla.

Yes, they have already made a game centred around that question.

As you can expect, players will need to take part in an online 100-player showdown to find out who will really reign supreme.

If you are a fan of cubes or strategy in general, then you should check out Cube Foundry.

This is a “captivating incremental game” where you will start from a single cube and gradually expand your production to create an industrial empire.

Every click counts as you unlock powerful generators, purchase upgrades, and ascend through a cube-based universe.

Last but not least is SolCycle, a 3D sci-fi world where you will play as a robot cat archeologist.

Explore a post-human community rebuilt by robots as you barter with the locals using card-based gameplay.

However, you will soon learn that every second counts as you are stuck in a time loop but maybe helping out fellow residents with their requests will make things a bit easier.

All of these titles can be downloaded for free now.
