This upcoming Steam horror is one to go on your wishlist, as it looks perfect for Resident Evil fans.

I’ve learnt over the past few months that Steam is an excellent source of horror games, and while they’re not all bangers sometimes a real gem can be unearthed if you do enough digging.

If you watched the Fallout series and you’re unsure of which game to play first, check out GAMINGbible’s recommendations in the below video

Fortunately for you we’ve done the digging for you, and found a horror game that looks like a nice treat for Resident Evil and Bioshock fans.

It’s called KARMA: The Dark World, a spooky name for a spooky game, almost as spooky as its lack of an actual release date.

KARMA’s official description states it’s |a first-person cinematic psychological thriller set in a dystopian world where the Leviathan Corporation is omnipresent. The time is 1984, the place is East Germany, and things are not quite what they seem.”

From the sound of things KARMA is going to be one of those horror games that throws you in at the deep end and doesn’t give you anything to defend yourself.

The screenshots and trailer do exactly what they should do, give you just enough breadcrumbs to get you intrigued without giving too much away.

Graphically it looks spectacular too, with some of the scenes looking damn near photorealistic at times which is exactly what you want for a game designed to make you jump out of your skin.

As I said before though, the only thing this game doesn’t have yet is a release date, it doesn’t even have a release window so it’s unclear if it’s coming later this year or possibly 2025 instead.

Nevertheless, KARMA: The Dark World looks like an interesting survival-horror, and one that’s worth adding to your wishlist so you can keep an eye on it.
