With fans still waiting for news surrounding Fallout 5, it seems as though Bethesda has no plans on releasing the highly anticipated RPG anytime soon.

As a result, fans are having to take matters into their own hands by finding ways to enjoy the beloved Bethesda RPG series whilst they wait for Fallout 5.

With the Fallout series becoming more and more popular over recent years thanks to the success of the Prime Video television show with the same name, you would think that Bethesda would speed up Fallout 5’s development somewhat.

Nevertheless, if Bethesda is not going to do it, fans are and they are coming up with brand-new ways to celebrate Fallout 4 in the meantime.

Fallout: New Hampshire is a large-scale zombie themed mod set in, you guessed it, New Hampshire.

Created by Yogibird111, Fallout: New Hampshire is a sequel to Fallout: Vermont, another mod of theirs but can still be played as a standalone download.

“Travel to the wilds of feral-infested New Hampshire. Investigate the strange cult that dominates its lands and uncover a sinister conspiracy. (just don't drink the Koolaid please),” the description reads.

In Fallout: New Hampshire, players will be able to meet over 50 unique NPCs, read notes and explore the world in order to progress the story.

Inspired by titles such as Far Cry 5, The Forest, and Die Young, this mod is perfect for those who want to experience a zombie apocalypse within the world of Fallout 4.

To enter the world of New Hampshire, players can enter a tunnel north of Sanctuary.

Since it was first uploaded back in September 2024, Fallout: New Hampshire has garnered over 2,000 unique downloads and has its fair share of endorsements.

So if you want an excuse to dive back into Fallout 4 and you own the game on PC, what better way to do it than be experiencing Fallout: New Hampshire?
