The Unforgivable ‘Avada Kedavra’ Curse's staggering damage stat has seemingly been discovered in Hogwarts Legacy.

The Avada Kedavra spell, aka the Killing Curse, is known as one of the most deadliest spells in all of the Wizarding World and for good reason. As the nickname of the curse suggests, if you fall victim to this deadly spell, it will likely result in your untimely demise.

However, other than obviously having the power to kill its victim, as the books and movies are not video games, there’s no need to have any kind of stat details. Thankfully, with the arrival of Hogwarts Legacy, we now have the apparent stats for the dreaded Avada Kedavra and wowza!

According to Reddit user blahable (thanks Yahoo.com), this very dedicated Hogwarts Legacy fan has put together a spreadsheet which details stats for Spells, Talents, Traits, Player and Enemy Scaling, Gear and Broom, and more.

However, it’s been calculated that Avada Kedavra deals a whopping 10 million damage. What’s more, taking up an equal second spot on the most damaging spells in Hogwarts Legacy is the Ancient Magic and Petrificus Totalus with a pitiful 250 damage. At least it's pitiful in comparison.

In case you didn't know, all three of the Unforgivable Curses are available in Hogwarts Legacy. They are the aforementioned Avada Kedavra (Killing Curse), Crucio (Crutiatus Curse), and finally Imperio (Imperius Curse).

In related Hogwarts Legacy news, the developers at Avalanche Software have confirmed that major DLC is currently not planned. However, in more disturbing news, a modder has imposed PS1 Hagrid into Hogwarts Legacy and it’s more cursed then the Killing Curse.

Hogwarts Legacy is out now for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. It will then release for PS4 and Xbox One on 4 April 2023, and then for Nintendo Switch on 25 July.
