The hype around GTA 6 is peaking right now and players are looking for any feasible way of looking at the game in more detail. Whether it's aggressively analysing the trailers or watching interviews with the CEO of Take-Two for small tidbits of information, fans will take literally anything they can get at this point.
So much so that they have actually started doing it for themselves, creating their own pseudo-GTA experiences wherever they can.
Over on Reddit, one spectacularly patient user shared their custom map, created in Far Cry Arcade on the PlayStation 5, that painstakingly recreates Ocean Drive, the beachfront avenue in GTA 6.
With around 300 hours of work going into the project, it's an impressive final product, and the original poster explained just how much work went into making it a reality.

"I recreated all 25 buildings and the entire beachfront as accurately as possible, with each of these buildings placed in exactly the same location as in GTA 6. I had to rebuild and redesign houses, move finished streets, to achieve maximum accuracy within Far Cry Arcade’s limitations," they said. "A huge amount of time went into figuring out how to get around the restrictions, which are present in almost every aspect of the editor."
The buildings even feature their own interiors, though these are largely speculation thanks to a lack of clear evidence on what exactly those are going to be like.
If you fancy taking a bit of a wander around this tiny portion of Vice City, you can do so. All you'll need is a copy of Far Cry 5 on the PS5, then just download the custom map "Ocean Drive GTA 6" and you should be in. Players on other platforms are out of luck at the moment, but with the real thing arriving in less than a year, you don't have too long to wait.
