Cyberpunk 2077 fans hyped by surprise announcement

Cyberpunk 2077 ain't dead yet

Every time we think Cyberpunk 2077 is done, there's another surprise waiting around corner for us. We'll never be free of Night City. And to be honest, we don't really want to be.

For those that missed the news last week, Cyberpunk 2077's 2.12 arrived seemingly from nowhere to bless us with a few unexpected bonuses. I must stress it's nothing like as substantial as the major Cyberpunk 2.0 update, naturally, but it makes some cool changes.Oh, but that's not all CD Projekt is cooking. There's yet more to come for Cyberpunk 2077 fans.

Take a look at Cyberpunk 2077's one and only paid expansion in all its glory below!

Video game merch company Insert Coin have announced a brand-new partnership with CD Projekt RED, which is set to include new clothing based on Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. As you'd expect, fans are pretty excited to get their hands on the shiny new lines.

"Chooms - are you ready for our Cyberpunk 2077 collection?" Insert Coin wrote on Twitter. "We can’t wait to dive deep into Night City and bring you some seriously preem gear later this year!"

The announcement has been met with a hugely positive response from fans so far, and Insert Coin has promised to show off specifics for the Witcher and Cyberpunk lines very soon, so be sure to watch this space.

While Cyberpunk 2077 might not be getting any more major updates, at least we can stare out our new Night City themed jackets while we wait for more news on the sequel, which we now know has entered development.

What are you hoping to see from this new line? Samurai jackets? Johnny Silverhand wigs? A Keanu Reeves body pillow? The sky really is the limit. We probably aren't getting that last one, though.
