The best part about any open-world game is taking the time to explore the map without any particular objective in mind and it is by doing this that players will often stumble across features that are easily missed.

That is the case in Cyberpunk 2077 as despite the RPG rapidly approaching its five-year anniversary, players are still stumbling across previously unseen secrets and Easter eggs hidden throughout Night City and beyond.

In the meantime, check out the next-gen update launch trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 below!

From secret rooms we were not meant to find to hidden features that will transform your gameplay, it is clear that CD Projekt RED has focused on attention to detail when it comes to Cyberpunk 2077.

Now one player has stumbled across another interesting find and took to r/cyberpunkgame to share it with fellow fans.

“Almost 300 hours into this game, and I didn't know you could hack the goddamn ferris wheel,” they announced, alongside a video of them hacking the ferris wheel in question.

To be more specific, there are actually two ferris wheels that can be found in Night City. One is toppled over and decaying whilst the other is stood tall in the Pacifica district and is seemingly operable.

Players will then need to put their parkour skills to use in order to climb the nearby rollercoaster and make their way closer to the ferris wheel. Once there, hacking it will cause it to move and you will be able to carefully manoeuvre yourself into “sitting” in one of the pods.

Other than making use of Photo Mode or taking in the scenery, there is not much else you can do here but hacking the ferris wheel is not something every player knows about in the first place.

“I still didn't even notice and I have like almost 1000 [hours]. This is insane,” the top comment over on Reddit reads.

The rest of the comments are filled with players inputting their hours and admitting that they too did not know about this ferris wheel.

Not only that but hacking the contraption will also distract nearby enemies which can come in useful.

Thank me later!
