Cyberpunk 2077 players have been left impressed by a hidden room we definitely weren't supposed to find.

Night City is absolutely filled with secrets, which is of course a huge part of Cyberpunk 2077's charm.

However, not every secret area in the game is exactly... intentional.

A little bit of background: Cyberpunk 2077's Johnny Silverhand is captured and tortured in a pivotal scene, during which we see the shady Arasaka Corporation use their controversial Soulkiller to create a digital copy of Silverhand's very essence.

This is, as I'm sure you know, how Silverhand ends up as a passenger in V's head, and is really one of the major mysteries of the adventure.

While we only ever see this torture/experimentation chamber in a flashback, it turns out, it's entirely possible to get into the room as V while exploring the open world of Night City.

As shown in this video from YouTuber breadballer, glitching your way into Arasaka Tower and then down to the lower levels will reveal the hidden location of the Soulkiller room. They also detail a few other out-of-bounds areas in the vid, but the best is very much saved for last.

You can take a look below to see exactly how to get in - it doesn't look to be too much hard work. Or, you know, you can just watch the video to see what it's like in there without actually doing the work yourself.

Given accessing this room involves quite a bit of out-of-bounds trickery, it's clear CD Projekt RED never actually intended us to find it. But it's still impressive that it's hidden away in the game at all.

"600 hours never knew this existed," commented one fan.

It makes you wonder what else is lurking just out of sight in Night City that we haven't managed to find yet.
