Cyberpunk 2077 hidden feature discovered by fan after several years

How did we miss that?

Throughout your journey across Night City, you will soon find yourself earning the big bucks and what better way to spend it than splashing the cash on multiple fancy apartments?

Across the vast metropolis of Night City, V will gain access to nine apartments each with their own unique locations, layouts, and price tags.

Check out the next-gen update launch trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 below!

The more hours you sink into Cyberpunk 2077, the more money you will earn and if you are a dedicated fan like me, it will not be long before you can afford all nine apartments. Not to flex or anything.

However, according to one fan, there is a housing trick found within Cyberpunk 2077 which will allow you to customise one of the apartments at will.

“Four playthroughs and just now discovered you can choose different color schemes for your Megabuilding apartment from the EZEstates website,” they shared to r/cyberpunkgame.

The EZEstates website can be found on the PC in the Megabuilding apartment and accessing it will allow you to choose between colour schemes such as the California Max, Neon Sands, Flamingo City, and Sowbread Tiger.

However, according to the original poster, the ability to change the colour scheme can only be implemented in the Megabuilding apartment.

It was not long before the news found other Cyberpunk 2077 lovers and judging by the response, this little tip is not widely known.

“I honestly don’t think anybody knew about this,” user Slavinaitor said.

“Holy s**t, this is such an amazing find.”

However, it would seem as though the ability to customise V’s starting apartment was added back in Patch 1.5 in 2022 so how so many players missed it remains a mystery.

User DjesLeMaka added, “Well f**k. Now I'm just gonna load a new game just for that.”

It just goes to show what other features are hidden throughout Cyberpunk 2077 that we are yet to find.

Well, at least it will inspire yet another playthrough.
