Bloodborne fans have been mocked and belittled for years after not getting the remaster or remake they deserve, for those gamers out there please play this Steam game, it’ll make it better.
Or at the very least it’ll take the sting out of not getting an actual remaster or remake from Sony, even though the company knows how badly we want one.
Even devs from FromSoftware are obviously keen to work on it again, just look at how eerily similar The Duskbloods is to the PlayStation exclusive…
While I can’t give you the re-release you so desperately crave, what I can offer is guidance.

Today's recommended free demo is Tearscape on Steam, which is directly inspired by Bloodborne, but blends the eldritch horrors with Legend of Zelda-like RPG mechanics.
I’m a sucker for a retro game aesthetic so this is right up my street, and the best part is there’s a free demo available so you can try before you buy.

Stop me if you’ve heard this one before; “As a hunter, you explore a dark, interconnected world filled with dungeons, relying on precise combat to survive. Battle grotesque monsters, expand your arsenal, and uncover hidden paths in a non-linear, pixel art journey.”
Sounds an awful lot like Bloodborne right? Fortunately it’s legally distinct enough to hopefully not draw the attention of Sony’s lawyers, after all Bloodborne is Sony’s IP to sit on and do nothing with, no one else’s.

With a gorgeously classic artstyle that looks like it could have been crafted by Nintendo in another world this is the game to play if you’re still longing for more Bloodborne in your life, and if you like the demo it won’t cost you much to acquire the full game. It costs around a tenner normally but it’s currently on sale for even less.
PlayStation’s Next State Of Play Has Been Announced, Time To Cope And Seethe
As you’ve probably guessed there’s only one thing and one thing only that we want to see at the newly announced PlayStation State of Play…
I’m sure Bloodborne fans around the world will be putting on their clown makeup in the build-up to the broadcast, only to once again come away disappointed.
That’s part of the fun though right? Plus, Sony can’t sit on this IP forever. Surely it’ll have to do something with it eventually?..Right?..
