Cyberpunk 2077 is visually one of the coolest games around. From the vistas of Night City to the cool tech everyone's wearing when they walk around, it's a striking exercise in how to design a memorable world that's exciting to explore every time you log in to play.
Another part of that overall package are the many weapons the game gives you to take out your enemies (and there are a lot of those). Whether you like taking people out with precision from max range, or getting up close and personal to slice through gangsters and criminals, there's a weapon out there for everyone.
Now, a new release is set to bring one of those weapons to life, and it might just be one of the coolest ones of the lot.
The Thermal Katana is undeniably one of the best designs in CD Projekt Red's masterpiece and it's now available to pre-order as part of a collaboration between Zing and the developer.

In announcing the move on the official store page, CDPR had this to say, "This detailed replica brings one of Cyberpunk 2077’s most dangerous weapons to life, empowering up-and-coming mercs to make their legend wherever they go. As V, players wield the katana with deadly precision, harnessing its thermal energy to cut down enemies in style. The real-life replica boasts an impressive length of 3.9 feet, or 47 inches, and is packaged in three easy-to-assemble pieces to ensure maximum convenience."
And oh boy, does this sword look cool. It comes complete with an extensive LED system that should give the weapon its trademark glow and a stand so you can give it the pride of place it deserves when it does arrive.
Those who managed to get in and order the blade before 3 September can expect it to arrive at some point in October 2025. Unfortunately, if this article is your first introduction to the physical version of the Katana, you'll have a lot longer to wait, March 2026 specifically.
Obviously, you'll need to be over the age of 18 to buy the sword and claim it at the point of delivery, but if you're a Cyberpunk 2077 fan, then it's arguably the coolest piece of merchandise in the game's history.

There also aren't any restrictions on delivery, so you should be able to grab one at some point, regardless of where you are in the world.
