Star Wars fans roast Darth Vader's 'true' form, and we get it

Is this Dragon Ball or Spider-Man?

Star Wars fans are roasting Darth Vader’s “strongest form” and we can see why.

Technically, the infamous Sith Lord has two forms if you count both his Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader eras. Sure, he was powerful as Anakin but he was next level by the time Darth Sidious had fully corrupted him with the dark side of the Force.

Check out the Star Wars: Return of the Jedi trailer below!

Actually, when I say two forms, could we also count ghost Anakin Skywalker from Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi? Ok, I’ll stop now because this may never end.

Outside of the Star Wars movies and series on Disney Plus, you can get more goodness from the galaxy, far, far away in comic book form. One of the beauties of comic book spin-offs is that they can pretty much get as wacky as they want, as not all comic book runs are considered canon.

One such comic is the Star Wars: Darth Vader series published by Marvel Comics released in 2017 with one issue featuring the Dark Dimensions Vader.

“I’m trying to find which comic has Vader become his strongest form,” asked a Reddit user.

“He’s having a vision, this is from Darth Vader (2017) Fortress Vader (from volumes 19-25). It’s a great run,” explains Empedokles123.

“Vader’s strongest form has got to be when he transforms into the Death Star, right?” replied White Doggo.

“Strongest form? Jesus Christ, this ain't Dragon Ball,” exclaimed Hei_Mask98.

“That's supposed to be Vader? It looks like Spider-Man with a couple of sticks,” jokes HawkeyeP1.

You can read a ton of Star Wars comics via the Marvel Unlimited app and you can watch the whole movie saga on Disney Plus. Who knows, maybe we’ll get to see this alternate version of Vader in an animated series one day.
