MCU Viewers Losing it Over Ghost Rider's Long-Awaited Debut

Flame on! Oh, wait, that's the other guy.

According to a very recent leak, Ghost Rider will be landing in the MCU a lot sooner than we expected (alongside another very exciting cameo).

At this point, Ghost Rider showing up in the Marvel Cinematic Universe may very well be Disney’s worst-kept secret.

There have been tons of rumours and leaks surrounding his upcoming appearance in the MCU, bolstered by the fact that Kevin Feige himself has even outright stated that he wants to see Ghost Rider appear ASAP.

However, a recent leak from a well-known MCU leaker has revealed that the character is supposedly showing up even sooner than we might have assumed, towards the tail end of 2026.

According to DanielRPK on his private Patreon, Ghost Rider will be making a cameo appearance alongside Chris Evans in Avengers: Doomsday next year.

Details were, obviously, pretty sparse. Exactly who is going to play Ghost Rider is still a mystery, and it’s impossible to say what kind of cameo we’re talking about here.

He could pop up for five minutes and deliver some lines, or he could just stand in the background of one shot and look cool, so it’s difficult to ascertain exactly how excited we should be getting about this.

That being said, the folks over on the r/MarvelStudiosSpoilers subreddit still seem to be getting hyped about it nonetheless.

“If he does, I hope these films get turned into a trilogy. Let the characters have thoughts and feelings!” commented user WinterTheGothBimbo.

“I'm also still wondering how Ghost Rider fits into all of this”, replied user Electronic_Secret483.

“It was rumored that this would be the first Ghost Rider debut in the MCU and that he would be relevant to the plot, along with other new characters. I'm curious if they're characters from random universes or if it's some kind of Secret Wars teaser.”

Now, first things first, obviously there’s a chance that this “leak” is just complete rubbish. DanielRPK’s batting average on this stuff is getting worse and worse by the day, so take it with a grain of salt regardless.

However, if it is true, I’m slightly worried about exactly how much stuff they’re trying to cram into Avengers: Doomsday.

I think if Ghost Rider does show up, we’re gonna get a couple of lines out of him at the most. There simply isn’t enough minutes in the runtime to flesh out everyone as it is, so adding some huge cameos on top of that is only going to stretch things out further.
