A new Avengers: Doomsday leak has possibly confirmed the major conflict for the titular team of heroes.

For productions as big as those in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, you’re bound to get spoilers leaking from time to time.

Avengers: Endgame was full of leaks, for example, despite Disney’s attempts to keep things under wraps.

Now, a new leak for Avengers: Doomsday has seemingly confirmed the roster of heroes and the threat they face.

Although it’s a leak, and therefore to be taken with a grain of salt, we’ll pop a spoiler warning here just in case you want to stay away.

This new leak comes from James Mackwl, who claims their source works in the “design area on some Marvel projects”.

The leak suggests that one team called the “Invincible Avengers” will rescue Monica Rambeau from Mansion X, before later heading to the TVA.

This team apparently includes Sam Wilson, Thor, Captain Marvel, Shang-Chi, Ant-Man (Scott Lang), She-Hulk, Yelena Belova, Bucky Barnes, Bob, Bruce Banner, Shuri, M’Baku, Namor, and the Fantastic Four.

The leak then goes on to say they later join forces to rescue Reed and Sue’s son, who Doom has kidnapped and taken to a place called “Universe X”.

As this is going on, the remaining New Avengers stay on Earth and unite with Wakanda, Talokan, and the sorcerers led by Wong to help defend the planet from an unknown invasion.

“Seems like an Infinity War situation where there's two teams in different settings,” wrote one fan on Reddit.

Another fan added: “Which was great honestly and then they expanded that even more with Endgame where there were like five things going on at once.”

“I think people need to accept that it's looking unlikely that Strange and Spidey have more than a cameo in this movie,” wrote another. “They're both nowhere mentioned and haven't been seen on set or with other cast members either.”

Avengers: Doomsday will release on 18 December, 2026, and it’s only then we’ll know how accurate these leaks are.
