Captain America: Brave New World recently received a second trailer, and while fans are mixed on the supposed plot many are thrilled to see the new Hulk make their debut.

I’m not the biggest fan of the Hulk, but I have fond memories of seeing him collide with Abomination in The Incredible Hulk back in 2008. His character in the MCU has changed a lot over the years, progressively getting less and less hulk-like but the new Captain America film is going to fix that…

The new trailer gave us a better idea of the new Captain America story, which will see the former Falcon, Sam Wilson, attempt to avert a war.

It looks pretty good so far, as does Thunderbolts, but fans are tempering their expectations until the film actually comes out.

However, what many can agree on is how fantastic it is to see an angry Hulk once again, as Harrison Ford’s character General Ross transforms into the vicious Red Hulk, presumably against his own will.

If you’re unsure what a Red Hulk is, he's a bit of an anti-hero, possessing similar strength, some unique abilities and slightly more self-control depending on the continuity.

While Bruce Banner probably won’t appear in the new Captain America film, it’s likely we’ll see these two titans clash in a later MCU outing, hopefully one that finally gets rid of Professor Hulk and brings back the green monster we all know and love.

Whether Red Hulk will be a full-on antagonist or eventually become a good guy throughout the course of the film remains to be seen, but the real question is how is Cap going to take him down?

Captain America New World Order will be released on 14 February 2025, and will likely set up some interesting developments in the MCU.
