Avengers: Doomsday will finally introduce the greatest of Marvel’s villains, and is teasing one of his most infamous battles.
Doctor Doom is going to be a formidable threat to the Avengers, Fantastic Four, X-Men and Thunderbolts when he crashes the multiverse, and what better way to show how powerful he is than watching him dispatch the last big bad.
Many Marvel fans have predicted that Doom’s introduction will be used to explain why Kang The Conqueror is no longer a threat, as Jonathan Majors was axed due to criminal charges. The last time we saw Kang he’d gathered every variant of himself for a war across the multiverse.
It’s predicted Avengers: Doomsday will either show, or at the very least imply, Doctor Doom killing the Council Of Kangs, but they’re not the only villain Doom will apparently destroy.

Marvel fans will know exactly what I’m talking about, it’s the bit where Doctor Doom rips Thanos’ skeleton right out of his body.
In issue eight of Secret Wars the mad titan approaches Doom, who’s currently in possession of the world-bending power thanks to absorbing the abilities of The Beyonder.
Thanos mocks Doom and says he acts like a God when he’s just a man, and boasts how when he was in possession of the Infinity Stones he wielded true power.

It’s very gruesome and fans are hoping it’s at least alluded to in Avengers: Doomsday, though perhaps a slightly watered-down version to not raise the film’s age-rating.
Personally I think there’s a pretty good chance of this happening, as ever since Avengers: Endgame the MCU has been quite comical in how it treats what was once the biggest bad in the universe.
We see in Doctor Strange: Multiverse Of Madness that the Illuminati defeated Thanos on Titan before he erased half of the universe’s population, so it wouldn’t be out of the question to see him defeated again at the hands of the new Doctor Doom.
