The Boys is absolutely brilliant, but it’s also one of the most cursed shows on TV. Viewers have seen things they wished they’d never seen and somehow, it’s only going to get worse from here on out.

Which scene takes the ‘most cursed’ title? There was the superhero orgy - which happened to also involve an octopus - but my money’s on the sneezing penis explosion debacle. A scene I wish I could erase from my mind. These are both nothing though compared to what’s cooking up in The Boys’ fourth season. Already, we’ve been told that season four will include “the most disgusting thing” you’ve ever seen and “the craziest s**t that’s legally allowed on TV”. Now, Simon Pegg has described the season as “sick as f**k.” I should be excited, but I’m feeling more scared.

Take a look at this incredible GTA V Homelander mod.

In an interview with Collider, Simon Pegg opened up about returning as Hugh Campbell in The Boys. "You know how crazy The Boys is? It's gonna get crazier. I had so much fun on that show. It was so great to go back and play Hugh Sr. I love Jack [Quaid]. It was great to work with Rosemarie DeWitt, who plays Hughie’s mom, who comes back. It's going to be great. You're gonna love it."

He continued, “I'm in about four episodes, and it was a joy to be back. It's a great crew. They are an amazing bunch of people, and that show is sick as f**k.” Now that is a juicy tease.

You may be intrigued to learn that Amazon hasn’t always supported The Boys’ trademark outlandish scenes. In fact, the series’ creator said that Amazon begged him to remove the Homelander masturbation scene. Perhaps Amazon has since realised that there's a method in the madness. Season four is thought to premiere in late 2023.
