Just when you think you know all there is about Skyrim, another fan appears out of nowhere with a useful trick that would have saved you a lot of time during your multiple playthroughs.

With The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim fast approaching its 15-year anniversary, you would think that players had uncovered all there was to find in the hit Bethesda RPG.

Check out the official trailer for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim below!

However, with fans still flocking to the game well over a decade since its release, many are discovering just how much detail was put into the vast open-world - and hidden features, Easter eggs, and secrets are still being unveiled to this day.

That is why heading to r/skyrim and asking for tips and tricks is a regular occurrence and that is what happened recently for one user.

“What's a Skyrim feature you discovered that not many people know about?” the original post read.

Over 500 comments followed and it was this one that stood out to us.

“I’m sure many people know this but just in case,” user SorosAgent2020 wrote. “The civil war battles to take over forts provide an endless supply of human victims for you to leisurely max out your werewolf perk tree (and also a great time to fill up your black soul gems).”

It is a ghastly but interesting tidbit for those players who went down the Werewolf route in Skyrim and not to mention the amount of loot you can get from such a battle.

As mentioned, a lot of people have probably already thought about this upon seeing the piles of bodies in front of them, but you never know.

With Bethesda taking its sweet time with The Elder Scrolls VI, it is perhaps no wonder that players are still biding their time in Skyrim.

However, with secrets still to be found, we can at least be grateful that The Elder Scrolls V was made with longevity in mind.
