Capcom has announced that a Resident Evil Requiem expansion is on the way, and in this article, I’ll explain six things that I’d love to see.

Resident Evil Requiem is already shaping up to be a strong Game of the Year contender following its launch in February. It features a campaign split into two halves, with a horror-focused story for Grace Ashcroft and something more action-oriented for Leon S. Kennedy.

Will Resident Evil Requiem Win GOTY?

“As a horror game in its own right, Resident Evil Requiem is a very solid nine out of ten, but as a passionate fan of the series, it earns an additional bonus point thanks to the attention to detail and craft that’s gone into every pore of this game,” I said in my review,” scoring it 10/10. Will it win Game of the Year? Only time will tell.

Capcom Announces Resident Evil Requiem DLC!

Earlier this week, Resident Evil Requiem director Koshi Nakanishi announced that a story expansion is in development, as well as a free update that will bring at least a new mini-game and a photo mode. He teased that the story content will “delve deeper into the world of Requiem.”

However, Nakanishi-san never released any further details on the new DLC, other than we’re going to have to be patient for its arrival, and artwork was shown featuring Leon S. Kennedy at some kind of fancy convention. We at least know that the free update will arrive in May.

Please be advised that there will be some spoilers in the list below. With that in mind, here’s what I want to see in the Resident Evil Requiem DLC (and Update):
