The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is still surprising players both new and old years after its initial release.
The Bethesda game has been relentlessly mocked for how many versions of it exist, with countless memes suggesting we'll still be getting new ports of the game right up until The Elder Scrolls VI's release date.
It's a good thing it gets so many re-releases though, otherwise there'd likely be so many secrets that go undiscovered.
For example one player found a dagger just the other day that they weren't aware existed in the game. Reddit user No_Article7383 shared their discovery in a post saying: "I've been playing for years and I never knew this was here."

Now I'm sure there are plenty of players out there who'll take one look at this dagger and say "I knew that was there, this isn't a secret at all!" but keep in mind Skyrim is an enormous game.
With so many mysteries and Easter eggs to uncover one player alone is very unlikely to find discover everything the game has to offer, which is why it's so cool to see the community still sharing their discoveries so many years after the game's release.
If you're interested as well the dagger is a great weapon that enhances your critical hits. If you're the kind of Skyrim player who likes to specialise in stealth/thief builds, or just fancy a high powered melee weapon for your next archer build, it might be worth picking up.
To find it just travel to Moss Mother Cavern in the northwestern part of the Falkreath, meet and assist Valdr and once you've helped him out he'll give you the dagger as thanks for a job well done.

It's nice to know Skyrim still has plenty of secrets left in it, at least for the majority of players...
