The excellent Resident Evil Village is a game I'll gladly recommend to anyone looking for a decent fix of spooky scary fun.
Capcom's 2021survival horror is a grim and grisly ordeal - one that takes the best bits from Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 7 to craft a perfect blend of scares, action, and utter chaos. If you've not played it yet, what are you waiting for? Now might just be the perfect time to jump in.
Later this month Capcom will release the Winters' Expansion, a brand-new DLC pack for Resident Evil Village that packs in a ton of new content, a new story, and a third-person mode for the Resi purists out there.

The Winters' Expansion's biggest new addition is the Shadows Of Rose story content, a new slice of single-player action that sees Ethan's daughter Rose step into a starring role as she attempts to make sense of the horrors of her past. Certainly, if I'd been stolen by some vampire witch zombies as a baby, I'd probably want some answers too.
The Resident Evil Village Winters’ Expansion is scheduled to release on October 28, 2022 for PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One.
