Red Dead Redemption 3 photorealistic graphics teased in stunning gameplay mod

My beautiful eyes

It's no secret that most gamers still consider Red Dead Redemption 2 one of the best looking games of all time.

Whether you're simply sitting by the fire and looking up at the stars or galloping along the side of a crystal-clear river, Red Dead Redemption 2 is never anything less than stunning. It makes you wonder how gorgeous Red Dead Redemption 3 can possibly look, right?

Take a look at some of the best Red Dead Redemption 2 wins and fails below!

As I'm sure you've probably heard by now, Red Dead Redemption 3 is coming... at some point. Probably not a huge surprise, given Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the most popular games ever made, but we're all still terribly excited.

We still have GTA VI to come first, of course, so don't expect Red Dead Redemption 3 for a long, long time. Still, knowing we probably won't be seeing the next instalment until PlayStation 6/Xbox whatever weird name they land on just has us more intrigued as to how beautiful the game will look when it releases.

If you can't quite wait, there's a gameplay video that gives you a pretty good idea of the heights Red Dead Redemption 3 will reach. YouTuber DubStepZz has put together a video of Red Dead Redemption 2 running on damn-near photorealistic ultra settings. We're talking 4K, 60fps, enhanced lightning, reshades - loads of awesome touches to really make the 2018 game look next-next-gen.

Take a look below!

It sure is absolutely stunning to look at in action, and if Red Dead Redemption 3 manages to look even half as good as this then we're in for a real treat. We've got a very long way to go until Rockstar follows up with a sequel, of course, but for now we can look at this gorgeous video, slobber, and dream.
