Red Dead Redemption 2 meets Minecraft in stunning new effort

This is awesome!

Red Dead Redemption 2 collides with Minecraft in this new stunning creation that you have to see.

I never thought for a split second that we’d get Red Dead Redemption 2 in Minecraft. But then, in the world of Minecraft at least, almost any creation is possible.

Over the years, we’ve seen some amazing worlds built in Minecraft such as The Lord of the Rings, The Legend of Zelda and even FromSoftware’s Bloodborne. When it comes to Minecraft, the world really is your oyster.

To be honest, when I said I thought we’d never get Red Dead Redemption 2 in Minecraft, it has happened, kind of. In 2024, a talented Minecraft player created a Wild West map inspired by the Rockstar Games western.

However, the Minecraft map that is the subject of today's article is a faithful recreation of the Red Dead Redemption 2 town, Valentine and after four months of hard work, it looks to be well worth the effort.

The map created by the talented Reddit user GeneralGeneral5302 is so good, that I wish it featured Micah Bell, so that I can throw sticks of dynamite at him, while he’s in his prison cell (yes, I’m a lyrical gangster).

The screenshots shown in the Reddit post are nothing short of sublime, and to no surprise whatsoever, members of the thread are equally as impressed.

“Oh wow, that looks amazing! Nice work. I wish I had dedication like this,” commented robinlovescatss.

“Looks awesome. Now do St Denis!” demanded stupidperson810.

“WOW! I've never played Minecraft but that is impressive!” exclaimed c2frazer.

“Incredible! Have you published it anywhere? I’d love to roam around Minecraft Valentine,” asked Johan_Frog, and you'll be pleased to know that you can visit GeneralGeneral5302’s Red Dead Redemption 2 creation.

Not that I’d want to pile on the pressure for GeneralGeneral5302 to make even more Red Dead Redemption 2 locations in Minecraft, but I really would love to see more.

Minecraft is out now on just about every platform imaginable, including mobile devices.
