Red Dead Redemption 2 players have been sharing what they believe to be the best in-game features Rockstar Games designed, and this one seems like the most impressive by far.
Roaming through Red Dead Redemption 2 is not just gameplay, it’s an experience. If you’re in any doubt that the game isn’t for you just load it up and ride around for 10 minutes and I guarantee there’ll be something to catch your eye.
After that, you’ll be hooked and you won’t put the game down until you’ve rolled the credits.
One of Red Dead Redemption 2’s most impressive features however is the weather system, and it’s something many other fans agree on.

Reddit user Used-Can-6979 said as much in a post talking about cool in-game features, saying “the weather system is jaw dropping. Watching the stormy clouds move in and then dissipate is crazy.”
The commenter went on to say “Every time I play through this game there’s always a few moments I have when I feel bad for the people that missed out on it simply because they couldn’t get through Chapter 1 … The game is an amazing experience and I can’t wait for the remaster.”
The remaster they speak of is the supposed new-gen version Rockstar is apparently working on, though it hasn’t been confirmed at the time of writing.
Others replied to the poster’s comment to agree, with one saying “The thunderstorms are honestly the best I've seen in a game” and another adding “it is the only time in game history that a game actually captured the strange magic of an oncoming storm.”

I’d recommend having a read through the other comments too, as they highlight some of the ridiculous attention to detail Rockstar Games had when crafting this masterpiece.
How on Earth is Red Dead Redemption 3 expecting to top this?
