PlayStation 5 Grey Camouflage Collection Revealed, It Had One Job

PlayStation today revealed their latest cosmetic variation for the PS5 and it’s a handsome new urban camo pattern available for the DualSense controller, the Pulse 3D wireless headset, and the actual console itself, of course.

Officially titled Gray Camouflage, this militaristic aesthetic follows the previously released colours of Starlight Blue, Galactic Purple, Nova Pink, Cosmic Red and, my personal favourite, Midnight Black. Oh, and Original White, too. (Is it just me or are there a lot more colours than we thought already?)

So, for anyone who has yet to be tempted by PlayStation’s existing catalogue of hues and shades, perhaps this armed forces-inspired design is just what the doctor ordered? After all, it’s certainly got a certain Call of Duty or Battlefield charm to it, right? Or not, I don’t want to speak for you.

The new console covers and DualSense will be available directly from PlayStation from October 14th - according to PlayStation’s Official Blog - with pre-orders starting September 15th. Sony has also confirmed that these accessories will be coming to other retailers on October 28th, although the company does add that dates may vary.

Meanwhile, the Pulse 3D headset is still a little way off, launching at some point in December, giving you plenty of reason to splash out this holiday season. After all, camo and Christmas go hand-in-hand, right? Actually, now that I think about it, no they don’t.
