It’s Pride Month and to celebrate this important and joyous occasion, Xbox users can download and enjoy a selection of themed freebies in Halo Infinite.

343 Industries took to social media to announce this latest item drop, writing, “Happy Pride Month. Embrace love, diversity, and inclusion by equipping the Unity ‘24 armour coating, nameplate, and emblem in Halo Infinite this June.”

“Let's stand together in honouring our LGBTQIA+ community and forging a future of unity and acceptance for all,” they continued.

As the tweet explains, players can now grab an armour coating, nameplate, and emblem totally for free from the in-game shop.

The various armour coatings represent the different colours used within the Pride flag or alternatively, you can don a rainbow-esque coating to truly celebrate the month in style.

This is by no means the first time that Halo Infinite has celebrated Pride Month but it’s always great news to hear of these returning initiatives.

Halo’s second season recently debuted on Paramount Plus. Take a look at the show in action below.

As for what else is new in the world of Halo Infinite, players cannot stop raving about a new limited-time mode that’s essentially Halo Infinite’s answer to Call of Duty Zombies.

Created by The Forge Falcons, Survive The Undead is a fan-made round-based survival mode that features purchasable weapons, high-score farming opportunities, and even a Halo version of CoD Zombies’ Pack-A-Punch machine.

It’s drawing players in in their droves and after sampling some of the mode, I can see why. It’s well worth checking out.

Additionally, you don’t have to wait long for the game’s next big update.

Tomorrow, on 4 June, 343 Industries will launch Operation Tenrai 4 which includes a new 20-tier battle pass, new challenges, and best of all, a new map.
