The way in which the story of this worn-torn world unfolds is very reminiscent of Call of Duty: World At World, a classic part of a franchise that’s now been labelled “a joke”. You’ll need to see the battlefield from every angle, customising and honing your units to ensure you walk away the victor. Right now, Ratten Reich hasn’t got a firm launch date, just the ambiguous “coming soon” timeframe that makes PC gamers despair. Nevertheless, while we don’t have a fixed date and time just yet, the process of its development so far reveals a promising game that’ll scratch that war game itch some of you have.
